Responsibilities:

The intern will work closely with our US Agent and agency team to support the development and management of a roster of talented artists, including new signings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Artist Support: Assist in coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for artists, ensuring smooth execution of bookings and engagements. Utilize Google Drive to store and share documents such as itineraries and contracts.
  2. Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for artists and clients, responding to inquiries, and relaying important information promptly and professionally. Utilize email and Asana for efficient communication and task management.
  3. Booking Assistance: Aid in the booking process by researching potential opportunities, preparing pitch materials, and assisting with contract negotiations. Collaborate with team members using Asana to manage booking tasks and timelines.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Help maintain artist databases, update promotional materials, and handle other administrative duties as needed to support agency operations. Utilize Google Drive for document storage and organization.
  5. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, showcases, and promotional activities to promote artists and expand their reach. Utilize Asana to create and manage event-related tasks and timelines.
  6. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets to inform strategic decisions and opportunities for growth. Utilize online resources and Google Drive to compile and analyze data.

  • Collaborate effectively with the finance and operations team, as well as other departments within the organization, to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
